Tipton Public Schools is looking for a full-time maintenance person. The applicant must be able to complete General maintenance work orders; Dealing with vendors and purchase orders; Mowing and weed eating as assigned; Delivering supplies to school sites; Aid in keeping school property clean and free of clutter and trash. Also, the person needs to be able to perform other routine duties as assigned. The person will need to obtain a bus driving license (training will be provided during the first year) to fill in as needed for regular bus drivers.  The applicant will have to pass a background check through OSBI. The maintenance position will pay $30,000 to $35,000 per year depending on experience. Tipton does provide health insurance, dental, life insurance and retirement.
